What services do you offer?

We handle carpet & upholstery cleaning, tile & grout restoration, natural stone polishing, power washing, and pet odor & mattress treatments — for homes and businesses across the Las Vegas valley.

What cleaning method do you use on carpets?

We use professional truck-mounted hot-water extraction. It injects a hot cleaning solution deep into the fibers and immediately extracts it along with the dirt — far more powerful than a rental machine or a vacuum.

Do I need to move my furniture first?

We'll move most light furniture for you and clean around larger or fragile pieces. If you'd like everything moved, just let us know when you book.

Can you remove old or stubborn stains?

Often, yes. We pre-treat stains and traffic lanes before extraction. Some stains are permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what we expect before we start.

Can you remove pet stains and odors?

Yes — we treat pet odors and stains at the source with enzyme treatments that neutralize smells rather than masking them. Ask about our 1-year pet protection plan.

Do you clean upholstery and area rugs?

Absolutely — sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs and area rugs are all part of what we do.

Drying & Results
How long until my carpets are dry?

Most carpets are dry within 2–4 hours thanks to our fast-drying process — not the day or two a rental machine can leave behind.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?

For most homes, every 6–12 months keeps carpets healthy and extends their life. Homes with kids, pets or allergies may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

Will the stains come back after cleaning?

Our extraction process removes the residue that causes stains to 'wick' back. If something reappears within 24 hours, our guarantee has you covered.

Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?

Our Basic Deal is $119 for 3 rooms (up to 200 sq ft each), including free deodorizer and protectant. Larger or specialty jobs are quoted up front — always free, with no obligation.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in honest, upfront pricing — the quote we give is the price you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — we offer special discounts for seniors and military families. Just mention it when you book.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes — same-day appointments are available depending on the schedule. Call or text and we'll do our best to get to you fast.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
